PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable micro pump system. Disclosed is a pump body having a compartmentalized pump chamber with a plurality of inlet and outlet ports and a plurality of membranes disposed within the pump chamber to provide a compartment. It is a micro pump. The membrane is anchored between opposing walls of the pump body and supports electrodes located on opposing surfaces of the pump body membrane and wall. Further disclosed is the use of a micropump including a heat rejector and a self-contained continuous positive airway pressure breathing device.
