The new and distinct Yarrow, Achillea plant named ‘；Sassy Summer Sunset’；, with narrow, silvery, fern-like foliage； tall, stiff, heavily branched peduncles with dark orange inflorescences that mature to yellow, beginning in late June and continuing for about four weeks. The new plant is useful for landscaping, as a specimen or en masse and as a cut flower.
