Device, for a stent positioning in the coronary arteries, is a body with a through hole for placing a coronary stent delivery system, consisting of a front truncated part with recesses for the operator's hand and with a pressure surface on the outer surface, and a rear cylindrical part connected to the front part rotatable relative to the front part. On the inner side of the rear cylindrical part there is a thread, with which the projection of the runner contacts, runner is located inside the rear cylindrical part movable along the guides inside the body and by means of a sleeve connected to the gripper.
