PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the consumption of a battery built in a transmitter while continuing notification of calling as long as a mat sensor is stepped on.SOLUTION: A one-shot call signal is transmitted from the transmitter to a receiver when the mat sensor is stepped on, and if the mat sensor is stepped on even after the lapse of a predetermined time, a continuous call signal that instructs continuous calling is transmitted from the transmitter to the receiver. At a point of time when the mat sensor is no longer stepped on after transmitting the continuous call signal, a call release signal that instructs call restoration is transmitted from the transmitter to the receiver.
