The present invention relates to a functional float. When the float enters water, a fish collecting agent is widely spread by slow immersion. According to the present invention, a water pipe is formed in a vertical direction in a float body with a lower end of the water pipe being punched up to a lower end of the float body and an upper end thereof being formed in the middle and upper portion of the float body so that the water can flow upward, a drain pipe is horizontally formed to be integrally connected to the water pipe with one end portion of the drain pipe being connected to the upper end of the water pipe and an end being punched outside the float body so that the water entering through the water pipe can be discharged to the drain pipe, and a cross section where the water pipe and the drain pipe are coupled is formed into an L-shape and is formed in each of front and back surfaces of the float body.본 발명은 기능성 낚시찌에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 낚시찌가 물에 입수될 때는 천천히 입수되면서 집어제가 넓게 분포되게 하고, 붕어가 먹이를 흡입하고 상승하면 붕어의 상승속도와 동일하게 낚시찌가 솟아 오르게 함은 물론, 낚시찌의 입수속도를 미세하게 조절할 수 있도록 한 기능성 낚시찌에 관한 것이다.이를 위하여 본 발명은 찌몸체 내부에 수직 방향으로 입수관을 형성하되, 이 입수관의 하단은 찌몸체에 하단까지 천공되고 상단은 찌몸체 중상부에 형성되어 물이 아래에서 위로 입수되게 하는 것과, 상기 입수관과 일체로 연결되는 배수관을 수평으로 형성하되, 이 배수관의 한쪽 단부는 입수관 상단에 연결되고 끝단은 찌몸체 외부로 천공되어 입수관으로 입수된 물이 배수관으로 배출되게 하는 것과, 상기 입수관과 배수관이 결합된 단면은 "ㄱ"자 형상으로 형성되고 찌몸체 전후면에 각각 형성되는 것에 그 특징이 있다.
