PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an electric field stereoscopically in all directions for foodstuff, in an electric field processing apparatus for a fryer.SOLUTION: The electric field processing apparatus for the fryer includes: a fryer body 1 provided with a fryer side cover body 5 which is swingably opened/closed in an oil tank 2 and a frying basket 10 which is accommodated via a support member 12 composed of an insulating material in the oil tank and is applied with high voltage from the outside.
