PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which calculates environment control parameters to maximize profit of planting in a closed type plant factory and increases profit of the plant factory.SOLUTION: Environment where growth of a crop is exceedingly accelerated is different for each crop. Profit of crop production depends on: 1) location conditions of a plant factory 2) a scale of the plant factory 3) a period between planting and harvesting 4) a unit price for selling 5) a purchasing expense of electricity, carbon dioxide gas, fertilizer, etc. for environmental control and 6) others such as cost for selling. Therefore, unexperienced men/women cannot set various kinds of control parameters of the plant factory properly. The control parameters set based on experience are not always optimal to maximize the profit. This invention guides by analyzing measurement data of consumption amount of the carbon dioxide gas in company with change of the environmental parameters: 1) a relationship between the consumption amount of the carbon dioxide gas and a growth rate and 2) a relationship among the growth rate, a production amount, a production cost, and a sales price so as to indicate a method easily estimating values of the various kinds of environmental parameters to maximize the profit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】閉鎖型植物工場に置いて、作付けによる収益が最大となる環境制御パラメータを算出し、植物工場の収益を増大させるシステムを提供する。【解決手段】 作物にとり、成長が最も促進される環境は作物毎に異なる。作物生産による収益は、1)植物工場の立地条件、2)植物工場の規模、3)作付けを行ってから、収穫するまでの期間、4)販売単価、5)環境制御を行うための電気、炭酸ガス、肥料等の購入費用、5)その他、販売するための費用等、に依存する。このため、経験の少ない人は、植物工場の各種制御パラメータを適切に設定することはできない。また、各種制御パラメータを経験的に設定しても、それが、収益を高めるために最適であるとは限らない。本発明は、環境パラメータの変更に伴う炭酸ガスの消費量の測定データを分析し、1)炭酸ガスの消費量と成長速度との関係、2)成長速度と、生産額、生産コスト、販売価格との関係を導き、収益が最大となる各種環境パラメータの値を簡単に推定する方法を示すものである。【選択図】図1
