PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of removing dust accumulated on a wedge.SOLUTION: An air blowing part 6 is provided to a collimator 103. The air blowing part 6 is open in a rotation direction of a rotary table 102, and includes a wind collection nozzle 61 that converges and takes in ambient air for a ventilation hole 63 disposed at a part of the collimator 103, and a fin 62 that sends the ambient air taken in by the wind collection nozzle 61 in the direction of a wedge 3. The wind generated by the rotation of the rotary table 102 is converged by the air blowing part 6 and taken inside the collimator 103, and the wind 5 is blown to the wedge 3.
