CONSTITUTION: A device for removing foul odors comprises a first electrode (211), an electron activation device, and a coupling part. The first electrode functions as a plate electrode during high voltage electric discharge. The electron activation device includes a second electrode (212) which is located on the opposite side of the first electrode and includes a plurality of bus bars to which high voltage is applied, and a plurality of second electrode pins (213) which are spaced from the surface of the bus bar, are combined with each other, and discharge electricity. The coupling part is combined with the top of the first electrode and releases water to the first electrode. The second electrode pins have the same length on one bus bar and have the same as or a different length from the length of the second electrode pin of the other bus bar.본 발명은, 서로 이격되어 형성되고, 고전압 전자 방전시 판상전극의 기능을 하는 제1전극；상기 제1전극에 대항하여 위치하고, 고전압이 인가되는 복수의 버스바를 포함하는 제2전극； 및 상기 버스바의 표면에 서로 이격되어 결합되고, 상기 버스바에 인가된 고전압에 의해서 고전압 전자 방전시 침상전극의 기능을 하여 방전을 일으키는 복수의 제2전극핀；을 포함하는 전자활성화장치； 및 상기 전자활성화장치 내부에 있는 제1전극의 상부에 결합하여 상기 제1전극에 물을 흘리기 위한 체결부를 포함하되,상기 제2전극핀은 어느 하나의 버스바에서는 동일한 길이로 형성되고, 다른 버스바의 제2전극핀의 길이와는 같거나 상이하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 전자 방전을 이용한 악취제거장치.를 제공한다. 따라서, 본 발명은, 폐수 내 유기물질 등을 효과적으로 분해, 처리할 수 있는 새로운 방식을 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 2차 오염원의 발생 우려가 없고 장치 제작 및 유지 보수에 있어서, 보다 경제적인 구조로서 제조비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
