A conditioning cleansing composition comprising at least one detersive surfactant, a silicone conditioning agent and a crosslinked acrylic copolymer stabilizer/thickener that mitigates the loss silicone deposition on keratinous substrates is disclosed. The crosslinked acrylic copolymer is prepared by polymerizing a monomer composition comprising: a) from about 5 to about 50 wt.% of carboxyethyl acrylate and/or oligomers thereof b) from about 30 to about 95 wt.% of a monomer selected from ethyl acrylate, vinyl acetate, or mixtures thereof c) from about 0 to about 50 wt.% of (meth)acrylic acid and d) from about 0.001 to about 5 wt.% of a polyunsaturated crosslinking monomer containing at least two polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated moieties.Linvention concerne une composition conditionnante nettoyante comprenant au moins un tensio-actif détergent, un agent conditionnant de silicone et un stabilisant/épaississant de copolymère acrylique réticulé qui atténue la perte de dépôt de silicone sur des substrats de kératine. Le copolymère acrylique réticulé est préparé par polymérisation dune composition monomère comprenant : a) denviron 5 à environ 50 % en poids dacrylate de carboxyéthyle et/ou des oligomères de celui-ci b) denviron 30 à environ 95 % en poids dun monomère choisi parmi lacrylate déthyle, lacétate de vinyle ou leurs mélanges c) denviron 0 à environ 50 % en poids dacide (méth)acrylique et d) denviron 0,001 à environ 5 % en poids dun monomère de réticulation polyinsaturé contenant au moins deux fractions éthyléniquement insaturées polymérisables.
