Provided is a method for regenerating dental tissue, which can include contacting a scaffold containing Wnt3a and BMP-7, and optionally VEGF, bFGF, or NGF, with a dental tissue so as to promote odontoblastic differentiation of a progenitor cell, promote progenitor cell migration into the dental tissue, or regenerate the dental tissue. Also provided is a composition for regeneration of dental tissue, which can include a scaffold and Wnt3a and BMP-7, and optionally VEGF, bFGF, or NGF.Linvention concerne un procédé pour régénérer un tissu dentaire qui peut consister à toucher un ensemble contenant des protéines Wnt3a et BMP-7, et éventuellement VEGF, bFGF ou NGF, avec un tissu dentaire de sorte à favoriser une différenciation odontoblaste dune cellule progénitrice, favoriser la migration dune cellule progénitrice dans le tissu dentaire ou régénérer le tissu dentaire.
