PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a radiation intensity modulating body and a device thereof are provided to prevent a calculation error of scattered radiation dose occurred in a crack or a wing of an aperture, reduce the time of treatment, and accurately radiate radiation intensity modulated beam to a moving organ in treatment.CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a radiation intensity modulating body includes the following steps. A radiation treatment planning unit plans a modulating body by calculating 3D distribution of a radiation dose and outputs radiation intensity modulating information(S100). A radiation intensity modulating body designing unit generates a conversion file for manufacturing a modulating body by receiving the radiation intensity modulating information, and outputs 3D structural information of the modulating body(S130). A radiation intensity modulating body manufacturing unit confirms the type, location, and size of the modulating body by receiving the 3D structural information, and manufactures a modulating body by transmitting the confirmed data to a 3D printer(S150).
