PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing wind erosion of soil which produces a sufficient wind erosion prevention effect, and to provide a method for preventing wind erosion of soil in which wind erosion prevention measures can be taken by a simple process.SOLUTION: A structure for preventing wind erosion of soil is made by forming a solidified layer 12, which is made by hardening magnesia, on the surface of soil 10.
