PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information acquiring system simplifying the control related to the communicating operation and also reducing the power consumed in the communicating operation.SOLUTION: This biological information acquiring system includes: a biological information acquiring device including a configuration capable of transmitting a radio signal containing biological information of the inside of a subject and a terminal device including a configuration capable of receiving the radio signal transmitted from the biological information acquiring device outside the subject. The terminal device includes a reception confirming signal transmit part for generating a reception confirming signal and transmitting the same when the radio signal containing the biological information of the subject can be received.
