PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food container for preventing partition wall destruction by a temporary shock in unused time such as circulation-storage time in food put in a drinkable state, by mixing a water addable edible food material and an edible liquid by destructing a structure destruction partition wall, in which the water addable edible food material and the edible liquid to be made edible are sealed in the same container, separated by the structure destruction partition wall.SOLUTION: Destruction of the structure destruction partition wall 5 by unexpected impact pressure in circulation-storage time, is prevented by damping temporary impact pressure to an unused time storage chamber for storing liquid in the circulation-storage time, with a structure destruction partition wall destruction time storage chamber as a cushioning space, or by preventing separation destruction of the structure destruction partition wall 5 by projecting a cushioning welding part in a storage part by the structure destruction partition wall 5, by installing a water pressure damping partition wall 4 between both liquid storage chambers by separating a liquid storage part into the unused time storage chamber and the structure destruction partition wall destruction time storage chamber.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】同一容器内に加水可食化食材と可食化のための可食化液とを構造破壊隔壁を隔てて封入し、構造破壊隔壁を破壊することによって加水可食化食材と可食化液を混合し、飲食可能な状態とする食品における流通保管時等の未使用時の一時的衝撃による隔壁破壊を防止する食品容器を提供する。【解決手段】液体収容部を未使用時収容室と構造破壊隔壁破壊時収容室とに分離し両液体収容室間に水圧減衰隔壁4を設置することにより流通保管時に液体を収容する未使用時収容室への一時的衝撃圧力を構造破壊隔壁破壊時収容室を緩衝空間として減衰すること、或は構造破壊隔壁5より緩衝溶着部を収容部内に突起し、構造破壊隔壁5の剥離破壊を防ぐことにより、流通保管時等における不慮の衝撃圧力による構造破壊隔壁5の破壊を防ぐ。【選択図】図2
