PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine inspection system which can improve the efficiency of inspection of dispensed medicine in a pharmacy and reduce the cost thereof.SOLUTION: A medicine inspection system includes: a placing base placing a plurality of dispensed various brand medicines image information acquisition means acquiring image information of the plurality of dispensed various brand medicines color or size acquisition means acquiring color information of a binder binding up the medicine sheet, or height or size information of the plurality of dispensed various brand medicines dispensed medicine data acquisition means determining each brand of the dispensed medicine existing in every medicine area and its number of tablets or sheets on the basis of information such as a bar code and the color information for every medicine area or size and collation means collating these various brand and its number of tablets or sheets with data of a prescription.【目的】 調剤薬局における調剤済み薬剤の監査を高効率化・低コスト化できる薬剤検査システムを提供する。【構成】 調剤済みの複数の各銘柄の薬剤を載置する載置台と、前記載置された複数の各銘柄の薬剤の画像情報を取得する画像情報取得手段と、前記薬剤シートを束ねた結束具の色情報、又は、前記載置された複数の各銘柄の薬剤の高さ又はサイズ情報を取得する色又はサイズ等取得手段と、各薬剤領域毎のバーコードと色情報又はサイズ等の情報とに基づいて各薬剤領域毎に存在する調剤済み薬剤の各銘柄及びその個数(枚数)を求める調剤済み薬剤データ取得手段と、これらの各銘柄及びその個数(枚数)を処方箋のデータと照合する照合手段とを含むシステムである。【選択図】 図1
