The solid pharmaceutical preparation for internal use can be made into a tablet, including an orally disintegrating tablet. The content of yellow ferric oxide can be 0.005 to 1% by weight, and the content of titanium oxide can be 0.001 to 1% by weight.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】フィルムコーティングによらずミルタザピンの光安定性が確保されたミルタザピン含有固形医薬製剤を提供する。【解決手段】ミルタザピンと、黄色三二酸化鉄及び／又は酸化チタンとを含有する内服用固形医薬製剤（但し、黄色三二酸化鉄及び／又は酸化チタンを含有するフィルムコーティングが施された内服用固形医薬製剤を除く）。この内服用固形医薬製剤は、錠剤とすることができ、中でも口腔内崩壊性錠剤とすることができる。黄色三二酸化鉄の含有量は、０．００５～１重量％とすることができ、酸化チタンの含有量は、０．００１～１重量％とすることができる。【選択図】なし
