According to the present invention, an auto collimator includes an LED light source part installed in a case； a reflection part which is separated from the LED light source part and changes the radiation direction of the light generated by the LED light source part； and at least one radiation control part which controls the external radiation of an X-ray entering the case. The radiation control part includes a first radiation control part which firstly controls the external radiation of the X-ray； and a second radiation control part which secondly controls the external radiation of the X-ray controlled by the first external radiation of the X-ray.본 발명에 따른 조사야 자동조절장치는 케이스 내부에 설치된 LED 광원부； 상기 LED 광원부와 이격되어 설치되며 상기 LED 광원부에서 발생된 광원의 조사방향을 변화시키는 반사부； 및 상기 케이스 내부로 유입된 엑스선의 외부 조사량을 조절할 수 있는 적어도 하나 이상의 조사량 조절부；를 포함하고, 상기 조사량 조절부는, 상기 엑스선의 외부 조사량을 1차적으로 조절할 수 있는 제 1조사량 조절부； 및 상기 제 1조사량 조절부에 의해 조절된 상기 엑스선의 외부 조사량을 2차적으로 조절할 수 있는 제 2조사량 조절부；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
