This creation system provides a kind of health measuring management platform, it include a measuring equipment and a host apparatus, the measuring equipment has several hand sensing electrodes, foot's sensing electrode, and an at least optical sensor, electro-cardio signal, blood oxygen signal and the bio-impedance signal of fechtable testee.
