Le procédé peut améliorer la compressibilité des principes actifs et produire des comprimés de qualité uniforme, donnant lavantage daugmenter la dureté du comprimé avec une augmentation de la pression de compression, de contrôler facilement le temps de délitement, et de réduire la friabilité du comprimé en utilisant le principe actif fimasartan, un sel ou un hydrate ou un solvate pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci ayant une distribution granulométrique spécifique.
