The present invention relates to a glutinous rice cake and to a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, the glutinous rice cake has stuffing containing sweet potatoes and red bean dregs, so a consumer can conveniently consume nutrients of sweet potatoes which have anticancer and adult diseases preventing effects. Also, the consumer can feel the sweet flavors of red beans.
