Neighboring in the longitudinal direction, pairs of ribs do not have connecting spacers. On the plane: (i) each rib comprises a proximal rib portion, a distal rib portion and an intermediate rib portion interposed therebetween, and (ii) the distal portion of each rib points towards the first expandable member. According to the second embodiment of the endovascular prosthesis in the plane: (iii) the ratio of the perpendicular distance from the longitudinal axis to the distal end of the rib and 50% of the circumference of the first expandable member in the second expanded state is from about 1:2.5 to about 1:1.5 in the plane.
