PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container opening mechanism capable of pouring a liquid inside a container in a short time by reliably opening a seal to secure a flow passage without carelessly opening a hole in the seal when breaking and opening the seal that seals a spout of the container, and to provide an endoscope washing device including the opening mechanism.SOLUTION: A container opening mechanism 6 includes: a blade part 12 for forming an arc-shaped cut zone Z in a seal 5d that seals a mouth part 5c of a disinfectant liquid bottle 5 and a bottle reception part 8 having an advance/retreat pin 15 for pressurizing the seal 5d into the blade part 12 along the axial direction.
