Přípravek obsahuje směs alespoň jednoho farmaceuticky aktivního činidla ve formě mikročástic, které je adherováno na povrch částic nosiče, které jsou podstatně větší než částice aktivního činidla nebo činidel, a je rozpustné ve vodě, a činidla podporujícího bioadhezi a/nebo mukoadhezi.
