The present invention describes a composition comprising a mixture of human foetal keratinocyte cells and human foetal fibroblast cells, the ratio between said keratinocyte and fibroblast cells ranging from 0.75 to 2.5, preferably being 1 :1 or 7 :3. This composition is advantageously included in a bandage, said bandage preferably being sterile and packaged in a container impermeable to microorganisms. The present invention finally concerns the use of this composition as a drug, in particular for treating a skin defect (wound, burn or ulcer).La présente invention décrit une composition comprenant un mélange de cellules kératinocytaires humaines fœtales et de cellules fibroblastiques humaines fœtales, le ratio entre lesdites cellules kératinocytaires et fibroblastiques allant de 0,75 à 2,5, de préférence étant de 1 :1 ou de 7 :3. Cette composition est avantageusement incluse dans un pansement, ledit pansement étant de préférence stérile et emballé dans un contenant imperméable aux microorganismes. La présente invention vise enfin l'utilisation de cette composition en tant que médicament, notamment pour traiter un déficit cutané (plaie, brûlure ou ulcère).
