PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple immunostaining method having improved detection sensitivity and high reproducibility.SOLUTION: There is provided a multiple immunostaining method for detecting a plurality of antigens in an analyte by using a plurality of kinds of antibodies. In the multiple immunostaining method, droplets of an antibody solution containing the antibody are formed on the analyte, and a fluctuating electric field is applied to the droplets, to thereby accelerate an antigen-antibody reaction in which the antigen is bonded to the antibody.
