An objective of the present invention is to provide a tubular sensor capable of carrying out high-precision constituent detection and that is easy to manufacture, as well as a constituent measuring device and a method of manufacturing said tubular sensor. Accordingly, the present invention configures a tubular sensor comprising: a tubular body having a hollow shaft running the length thereof in the longitudinal direction an insulation layer formed on the inner wall face of the tubular body and a plurality of electrodes formed on the insulation layer in the longitudinal direction of the tubular body, and running continuously from end of the tubular body to the other end thereof. The present invention further configures a constituent measuring device which employs the tubular sensor.
