PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair-type massage machine which effectively stretches the leg.
SOLUTION: The chair-type massage machine comprises a seat section 1 on which a user sits, a backrest section 2 which reclines by using a rear side of the seat section 1 as a reclining center A1, and a leg mounting section 3 which rotates by using a front side of the seat section 1 as a rotation center 51 and has a treatment section 40 for holding the legs of the user. The chair-type massage machine further has an up/down driving section 16 for elevating or lowering the seat section 1 and the leg mounting section 3 with respect to a mount surface on which the chair-type massage machine is mounted, a leg driving section 32 for rotating the leg mounting section 3 upward and downward, and a controller 6 for controlling the up/down driving section 16 and the leg driving section 32 so as to couple elevating movement of the seat section 1 and lowering movement of the leg mounting section 3.
