PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-foamability acidic water type emulsion fat composition excellent in emulsion stability and foamability, regardless of being acidic and containing much salt.SOLUTION: An oil-in-foamability acidic water type emulsion fat composition contains, as a solid portion, a milk raw material as much as 1-15 mass% in which the content of phospholipid in the solid portion derived from milk is 2 mass% or more, and salt as much as 1-5 mass%.
