PURPOSE: A PLGA(poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)) microparticle containing recombinant HA(hemagglutinin) protein is provided to use in drug delivery treatment using membrane fusion. CONSTITUTION: A PLGA microparticle for vaccine for influenza virus is manufactured by W/O/W double emulsion microencapsulation of recombinant HA protein as an antigenic epitope. In the antigenic epitope, 1-16th amino acid residue of HA1 protein having amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 are deleted and 30th amino acid residue is substituted from cystein to serine.본 발명은 인플루엔자 바이러스 백신을 개발하고자, 대장균에서 발현시킨 재조합 HA (hemagglutinin) 단백질을 함유하는 PLGA [poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)] 미립자를 제조하는 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 인플루엔자 바이러스 백신용 PLGA 미립자에 관한 것이다.
