PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheal tube capable of sucking and removing phlegm or the like in the trachea without placing any burden on a patient.SOLUTION: The tracheal tube includes: a distal end disposed at a lung side in the trachea a proximal end at an opposite side of the distal end and a lumen body provided with an airway securing lumen penetrating from the proximal end to the distal end. The tracheal tube includes a cuff disposed on an outer periphery of the distal end of the lumen body and inflating and deflating by air introduction/exhaust. The lumen body includes a suction lumen formed in a wall along the airway securing lumen and opened to an outer wall surface of the distal end, at the proximal end side with respective to the cuff.
