PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make photographic conditions by authentication, whose identity cannot be guaranteed by conventional techniques, uniform at a low cost in an operation system which does not place a burden on a user.SOLUTION: A blood vessel image photographing apparatus includes: a housing provided with a finger setting part which guides a finger to a predetermined position a light source which irradiates the finger with light an opening part which passes light irradiating the finger and passing through the finger, and is formed at the finger setting part and an imaging part which images the light passing through the opening part.
