PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus capable of displaying conditions regarding setting of a patient, and an image processing device.SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus has a sequence control part, a detection part and a display control part. The sequence control part executes first imaging and second imaging with a subject as an object. The detection part detects status of setting of the subject by using magnetic resonance images obtained by the first imaging. The display control part causes a display part to display support information supporting the setting of the subject on the basis of the detected information.
