FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, to medical equipment and can be used for making dental prostheses. Method for making dental prostheses involves fitting a dental prosthesis prototype on a wax base with artificial teeth in the oral cavity of the patient, then all dental parts are opened from the wax and in the part where the modelling was performed by wax, is coated with silicone material, then model with wax composition of prosthesis, by articulation gypsum, is fixed on lower platform of verticulator. First, a metal plate is installed between articulation gypsum and a magnet fixed in the lower frame of the verticulator. Part of the prosthesis, which has remained uncovered by silicone, is covered with a layer of gypsum and fixed to the upper platform of the verticulator, lowered on metal guides by means of combined sleeves at the required height. Before crystallisation of gypsum, platform is fixed with thumb screws. First, a metal washer is placed in the projection of the magnetic element of the upper platform. After the gypsum crystallisation, the wax is digested by immersing the verticulator with fixed model into boiling water. After boiling out, at disconnection of platforms, space for carcass manufacture is evaluated. Further, retentional elements are modeled in the internal surface of the teeth using a dental cutter for further positioning of the prosthetic reinforcing structure in them. Using the retentional elements of the lower platform for its fixation in the module of the CAD CAM system, the inner surface of the teeth is scanned in a gypsum key. Then, in the simulator module program of the CAD CAM system, obtained 3D internal image of the teeth is designated as an antagonist. Further, a frame which can be made of selected structural material by casting or computer milling or 3D printing is modeled.
