PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing herb extract and polyol is porivded to enhance collagen density at dermal layer and to improve skin luster. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for improving skin transparency contains 0.001-10.0 weight% of herb extract, 0.001-20.0 weight% of polyol, and 0.001-20.0 weight% of silicon powder. The extract is Oldenlandia diffusa extract. The polyol is selected from the group consisting of glycerin, butylene glylcol, propylene glycol, and dipropylen glycol. The silicon powder is selected from poly methyl silsesquioxane and silsesquioxane polymer.본 발명은 피부 광채도 및 투명도를 향상시키는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 한방 성분인 백화사설초 추출물, 폴리올 및 구상 실리콘 파우더를 함유함으로써 피부 투명도를 향상시키고 진피층 콜라겐 밀도를 증가시켜 피부 광채도를 향상시켜 더 맑고 환하게 보이게 하는 효과를 제공하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
