PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide uses for production of pharmaceutical preparations useful in promoting angiogenesis in various tissues and organs other than the heart, treating autoimmune disease, inflammatory disease, cancer and allergic disease, promoting wound healing, and preventing fibrosis, by animal cell administration.SOLUTION: The present invention provides uses of isolated allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells that are not genetically engineered. The cells are preferably administered in an amount of 1×10to 1×10cells/kg. The cells are preferably administered systemically, administered intravenously, or administered by direct injection to an organ or tissue other than the heart.【課題】動物細胞投与による、心臓以外の器官或いは組織における血管形成促進、自己免疫疾患、炎症性疾患、癌、アレルギー性疾患、創傷治癒促進、及び線維症予防に有用な医薬製剤の製造のための使用法の提供。【解決手段】単離された、同種異系の、遺伝子操作されていない間葉幹細胞の使用法。該細胞は、１×１０５～１×１０７ｃｅｌｌｓ／ｋｇの量で投与されることが好ましく、該細胞は、全身投与、静脈内投与或いは心臓以外の器官あるいは組織に直接注入されることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
