Disclosed is a safe syringe. The safe syringe comprises: a cylinder providing a space in which an injection solution is filled and having a front end portion joined to a syringe needle a piston which is slid and inserted in the cylinder and then moved forwards and backwards by manipulation force and a moving unit including a guide pin and a sleeve resin tube. One end portion of the guide pin is arranged to be inserted and pass through the front end portion of the cylinder joined to the injection needle and the guide pin is moved forwards in cooperation with the piston when the piston is moved forwards, and the sleeve resin tube is joined to the guide pin, exposed to the outside of the cylinder, is arranged to encircle the injection needle, and accommodates the injection needle therein during forward movement. The injection needle is covered by a protection sleeve and is not exposed to the outside by only a simple manipulation of injecting the injection solution in the cylinder and moving the piston as a push bar forwards by pushing the piston forwards. Therefore, the safe syringe can, in advance, prevent a risk of having the skin accidently pricked by the injection needle.
