The present invention relates to a method for preparing a PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil mixture maintaining a liquid form at room temperature, and more specifically, to a method for preparing a PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil mixture maintaining a liquid form at room temperature comprising a mixture preparation step of preparing a mixture by mixing purified water with PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil and a stirring step of stirring the mixture prepared through the mixture preparation step. A method for preparing a PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil mixture maintaining a liquid form at room temperature according to the present invention does not require a process of melting the mixture by applying heat to the mixture when using the mixture since a melting point of the PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil mixture prepared through the preparation process is lowered about 20 °C such that the mixture maintains a liquid form at room temperature.
