The present invention includes compositions and methods for enhancing an immune response with an adjuvant composition comprising: an anti-dendritic cell (DC)-specific antibody or fragment thereof conjugated to at least a portion of Toll-Like Receptor (TLR) agonist, more specifically a TLR7 ligand (TLR7L), and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the conjugate and agonist are each comprised in an amount such that, in combination with the other, are effective to produce the immune response in a human or animal subject in need of immunostimulation.Cette invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes permettant daméliorer une réponse immunitaire avec une composition adjuvante comprenant : un anticorps anti-cellules dendritiques (DC) spécifique ou un fragment de celui-ci conjugué à au moins une partie dun agoniste des récepteurs Toll-Like (TLR), plus spécifiquement, un ligand TLR7 (TLR7L), et un véhicule de qualité pharmaceutique, le conjugué et lagoniste étant chacun contenus en une quantité telle, quassociés à lautre, ils sont efficaces pour susciter une réponse immunitaire chez un sujet humain ou animal nécessitant une immunostimulation.
