PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope fluid control valve for making it possible to surely and easily: touch a tip of a syringe or the like to an opening of the endoscope fluid control valve in a desired state and supply liquid stored in the syringe or the like to the periphery of the opening and into a pipe conduit communicating with the opening.SOLUTION: An air and water supply button 30, which is an endoscope fluid control valve, is configured so as to be freely attachable to and detachable from an operation part body 3A configuring an operation part 3 of an endoscope 1, and includes a fluid path 34 inside and a first opening 34 m1 which communicates with the fluid path 34 and is exposed externally.
