The present invention relates to an X-ray imaging system capable of improving the combination relation of a table for patients and an X-ray detecting device. An aspect of the present invention includes an imaging device, an X-ray detecting device of detecting an X-ray, a table for patients, a receiving frame prepared in at least part of the table for patients to receive the X-ray detecting device, an a rail unit combined with the receiving frame to receive or draw the X-ray detecting device. Provided is an X-ray imaging system, wherein the rail unit includes a first rail member located in the outside, a second rail member located in the inside of the first rail member, a third rail member located between the first rail member and the second rail member, and a combination member which combines the third rail member and the first rail member to prevent the third rail member from being easily separated from the first rail member.
