PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bone cement paste giving bone cement having dynamic stability advantageous after curing, in particular low brittleness.SOLUTION: There is provided paste containing at least one monomer for radical polymerization, at least one polymer that is soluble in the monomer, and at least one filler that is poorly soluble or insoluble in the monomer, wherein the filler is a particulate cross-linked polymethacrylate produced through polymerization of methacrylic acid esters, wherein at least 15 wt.% of the methacrylic acid esters used for polymerization are multi-functional methacrylic acid esters, relative to the total weight of the methacrylic acid esters, and at least 90 wt.% of the particles of the filler, relative to the total weight of the filler, have a particle size of not larger than 74 μm.
