When at least one of the temporary medicine housing sections and at least one of the medicine discharge openings align in a manner such that the discharging of medicine is possible, the temporary medicine housing sections and medicine discharge openings that are not in the aligned state are offset by an angle such that the discharge of medicine is not possible.
