PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorption filter medium which fully brings out the performance of an ion exchange resin without performing a drying step of a wet ion exchange resin, and a filter unit using the adsorption filter medium. SOLUTION: In order to absorb the moisture in the wet ion exchange resin, granular activated carbon or granular activated carbon impregnated with a chemical is mixed to reduce the moisture in the wet ion exchange resin, and an adsorbent can be sprayed. It has become possible to eliminate the drying process that was previously required to use the wet ion exchange resin, eliminate the long-time drying process, and prevent performance deterioration due to deterioration of the wet ion exchange resin during the drying process. ..
