PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic apparatus capable of downsizing the apparatus and an imaging apparatus capable of giving a dynamic change to a subject. An ophthalmic apparatus includes a non-contact type intraocular pressure measuring unit that measures the intraocular pressure of an eye to be inspected, and an ophthalmic characteristic measuring unit that measures the optical characteristics of the eye to be inspected. The intraocular pressure measuring unit includes an objective lens 41h that transmits light emitted from a light source provided in at least one of the intraocular pressure measuring unit and the eye characteristic measuring unit and light reflected by the eye to be inspected, and the periphery of the objective lens 41h.
