The invention relates to a biomaterial developed from decellularized animal bone tissue and coated with extracellular bone matrix in the form of a gel, which is capable of providing efficient mechanical and biological support and which furthermore allows enrichment with cell lines, nanocompounds or drugs, when used as a bone graft, bioreactor or vector in treatments, research and development of other biomaterials; that is to say, it has been developed from decellularized, lyophilized, porous, rigid bone material that can be manipulated and is safe and non-immunogenic, coated and enriched with substances that specifically stimulate bone tissue, presented/used in particulate form or as a block, and it thus has the capacity to promote the development of mature or progenitor cell lines in vitro when used as a bioreactor, and has a demonstrated capacity to integrate and accelerates cicatrization of fractures and infilling of bone defects when used as a graft in vivo; the biomaterial further allows the promotion of cell development, based on the fact that the integrity of the extracellular organic matrix of the bone tissue is maintained, and it is capable of improving cicatrization time, reducing costs and making a scientific contribution to basic research, demonstrating biotechnological importance, investigative need and the applicability of decellularized organic matrices to biomaterials.L'invention concerne un biomatériau fabriqué à partir de tissu osseux animal décellularisé et revêtu d'une matrice extracellulaire osseuse sous forme de gel, pouvant offrir un support mécanique et biologique efficace, et permettant en outre d'être enrichi avec une ligne de cellules, des nanocomposés ou des agents pharmaceutiques, lors d'une utilisation comme insert osseux, bioréacteur ou véhicule dans des traitements, des recherches et la fabrication d'autres biomatériaux.
