PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can effectively be utilized in a clinical point of view by increasing the steps capable of being automated, in an angle analysis using an anterior eye segment OCT.SOLUTION: An anterior eye segment optical interference tomography apparatus automatically receives specification of SS positions of three points or more, by using two or more representative images among two-dimensional tomograms subjected to a determination (S10-S20) of the presence or absence of displacement of a spatial coordinate position, in anterior eye segment three-dimensional image processing (main processing) S50, and calculates a function showing a reference true circle passing through at least three points of SS positions on spatial coordinates S60. Then, SS positions (remaining SS positions) in the two-dimensional tomograms (non-representative images) except the representative images are specified based on the function of the reference true circle S70.
