An intraoral radiography indicator 10 includes a guide portion 14 for guiding the X-ray irradiation direction A from an X-ray irradiation device 18, and a first arm 11 extending from the guide portion 14 in the X-ray irradiation direction A. A second arm 12 extending from one end of the first arm 11, and a holder 16 having a base portion 24 attached to the second arm 12 and a holding portion 26 capable of holding the X-ray receiving portion 29. The angle of the arm 12 with respect to the first arm 11 can be changed, and the angle of intersection of the X-ray irradiation direction A and the holding portion 26 can be adjusted by changing the angle of the second arm 12.
