PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass ceramic composition and glass ceramic sintered body each of which has a low thermal expansion coefficient upon transformation and has a small variation of thermal expansion coefficient upon a plurality of times of firing .SOLUTION: The glass ceramic composition includes a glass phase containing cristobalite crystal.
