The present invention relates to field of those medical devices used to extract and dispose off used syringe needles and other type of needles to prevent reuse and depositing the waste in self-contained safety container to eliminate human handling to prevent injury and reduce the spread of disease. The present invention comprising of an apparatus having a hollow case housing having die body, handle, and receiving ducts for different types of syringes and needles a removable safety disposal device for receiving the sheared parts. The present invention may be used to destroy any type of needles and syringes like hypodermic syringes, vacutainers, screwed needles, insulin syringes, etc. The syringe hub and needle is destroyed in a single stroke with minimum amount of force in accordance with the present invention. Two different types of syringes and needles are cut at the same time in a single stroke in accordance with the present invention.
